What sizes of shipping containers do you sell?

We offer 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft shipping containers, including High Cube options with extra interior height. Browse our full shop to see current sizes and availability.

What’s the difference between New, One Trip, and Used containers?

One Trip containers have made a single cargo voyage and are in near-new, excellent cosmetic condition. Used containers have been in service longer and are structurally sound but may show cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Each product listing states its condition clearly.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can generally be cancelled before they are scheduled for dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or scheduled for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

What do I need to prepare before delivery?

Please make sure the delivery location is accessible for delivery vehicles, there’s enough space to unload and place the container, the site is reasonably level, and any required local permits have been obtained. Our full Buyer’s Guide covers this in more detail.

Is financing available?

What if my container arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?

Please inspect your container upon delivery. If you notice visible damage or believe you received the wrong product, contact us promptly with photos and your order number so we can review the situation. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
